Since 1972 Mr. Benedict has been a member of several of Atlanta's leading law firms handling both commercial and residential transactions, including foreclosures and workouts. Mr. Benedict has been an agent for four major title insurance companies and served on the Board of Regents of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. As owner of Bendun Abstract, Inc. since 2002, Mr. Benedict has experience in commercial and residential title examinations and foreclosure sales throughout Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia (A.B.,1969) and the University of Georgia Law School (J.D.,1972). He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Phil Young brings many years of experience in title examinations to his position as Title Operations Manager. He began his career in the record room, and since joining Bendun Abstract, Inc. in 2007, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the administrative aspects of operating a fast-moving and successful title examination company. As Title Operations Manager for Bendun Abstract, Inc., Mr. Young oversees and coordinates our commercial title examinations, conducts strategic and productivity analyses, manages cost control, and works with other Company officers in functional planning. He is responsible for the Company's out-of-state title operations and is overseeing the development and implementation of the Company's integrative software/hardware support systems. Mr. Young attended Kennesaw State University.
